Consumer dispute resolution

PISLAK d.o.o. does not recognise any alternative dispute resolution entity as competent to resolve consumer disputes under the Slovenian Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act (ZIsRPS).

We encourage customers to contact us first so that we can resolve concerns promptly. The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued and no obsolete ODR link is provided.
